Important, prior considerations before you request to book a room during the 2023/24 term :

• ♦ We have commence construction works as part of the redevelopment of the property.  As such, it is very important to note that construction work will take place daily from 8.00am to 6.00pm Mon to Sat.  If you think this is something that will cause you concern, we would advise against booking with us for the 2023/24 academic term.
• ♦ Please note that basement parking spaces are very significantly reduced, therefore spaces will only be allocated to residents that have a disabled parking permit or a medical note from their GP that demonstrates the requirement for a basement parking space and will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis.  As in previous years, we cannot guarantee a parking space.
• ♦ It is also important to note that this is a booking request and should not be considered a booking until confirmed in writing.
