Important considerations prior to requesting to book:

• ♦ Light Construction works may continue as part of the redevelopment of the property. These works will only take place during normal working hours (8.00am to 6.00pm Mon to Sat). If you think this is something that will cause you concern, we would advise against booking for the 2024/2025 academic term.
• ♦ Private car parking spaces in the basement will be available to successful applicants on a first-come-first-served basis. Car parking spaces will be allocated by way of a dedicated permit and please note that we cannot guarantee a parking space.
• ♦ We reserve the right to reallocate bedrooms for operational reasons closer to the check-in date.
• ♦ It is also important to note that this is a booking request and should not be considered a booking until confirmed in writing.
